ScamGuard is a free Android application that helps recognize signs of phone fraud. The application works locally on the device and warns the user when it detects a suspicious situation (for example, receiving a one-time code during an active phone call).
The developer grants you a non-exclusive, free, revocable license to install and use the application for personal non-commercial purposes. You may not:

The application is intended for persons who have reached the age of 16. By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or that you are installing the application with the consent of a legal representative.
It is important to understand: ScamGuard does not replace your personal vigilance. It is a tool that helps notice suspicious patterns, but it:
If you have doubts about the legality of a call โ end the conversation and call the bank or organization at the official number on the back of the card or from their official website.
The application is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, conformity to description, error-free operation, or continuity of service.
The developer does not guarantee that the application will detect all types of phone fraud and keep you safe from them. Using the application does not relieve you of the need to follow general digital security rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including (but not limited to) financial losses as a result of the actions of third parties.
Since the application is free and distributed as a personal project, the developer does not benefit from its use and bears no commercial responsibility.
The conditions for data processing are described in the Privacy Policy. By accepting this document, you also confirm that you have read the Policy and agree to its terms.
The developer reserves the right to update the terms of this agreement. For significant changes, the application will request your consent again. Minor corrections are published on this page with date updates.
Continued use of the application after changes is considered acceptance of the new terms.
You can stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. The developer may terminate support for the application or its server side at any time, notifying users via the website (where possible).
This agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. All disputes not resolved through negotiations are subject to resolution in the courts of general jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova at the developer's place of residence.
